Below you will find a list of and answers to the most frequently asked questions regarding our software.
We do not charge for support if you are using IFILE. If you do have a problem we want you to call. You simply call us - leave your phone number - and we call you back in 2-4 hours; that way we pay for the long-distance charges.
You may find it hard to believe but even though we have over 1,200 locations using our software and we only get about 10 calls a day! - that's why we don't charge.
