Below you will find a list of and answers to the most frequently asked questions regarding our software.
We do not charge for support if you are using IFILE but we do require that you be using a current version of the software. If you do have a problem we want you to call. You simply call us - leave your phone number - and we call you back in 2-4 hours; that way we pay for the long-distance charges.
You may find it hard to believe but even though we have over 1,200 locations using our software and we only get about 10 calls a day! - that's why we don't charge.
